*Crisis Intervention Training (CIT). This comprehensive training is designed to prepare individuals to support community members impacted by trauma, violence, and crisis. Participants will gain essential skills in active listening, safety planning, trauma-informed care, and more. Upon successful completion of the training, individuals will be eligible to volunteer on our 24-hour helpline and support a variety of essential services, including community outreach, education, and direct support for survivors. This is a valuable opportunity to make a meaningful impact and contribute to the safety and well-being of our community.
